Returns/ Exchanges
Davalle wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Davalle online purchases and other designers, we will accept merchandise in it original condition for a full refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been damage, or altered in any way. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
Full priced merchandise must be returned within 20 days from date of invoice; however, sales merchandise are consider final sales therefore it is none-refundable, as well as Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet our return/exchange requirements.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Davalle does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandle. |
